Once again we are encouraging everyone to support the BC Transplant Society. They were delighted with last years returned donor forms but would of course like to see more people to sign up. Please have your friend's sign up this coming year. As active and fit runners, it is only appropriate that if anything unfortunate were to happen to any of us, we in turn would be helping others.
This is a Low Frills Event:
Runners must record their own times and post them at the finish area.
There will be limited food and fluids at the finish. Hot chocolate, coffee and cookies will be available. Be prepared to bring your own refreshments and dry, warm change of clothes.
Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 teams in each category.
