$28 per team early fee if received by Sept 30th
$40 per team Oct 1st but before Oct 29th
$48 per team on race day Nov 1st

Teams are encouraged to collect pledges for the event Westwood Lake Relay pledge form
All funds raised go to the Nanaimo Regional Hospital - Emergency Department and you will receive a tax receipt.
